Return Policy & Agreement

Exchange & Return Policies

WhiteArc Bali team is committed to provide the customer service. We want to

create an easy communicating system for our customer. Please simply follow our policies below

for any exchange or return request

 

All Made to Order products are Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable

No exceptions.

Written & Signed Agreement is needed to arrange the compensation term & condition.

 

All items will be photographed first and picture will be sent to Customer. Once the buyer agree with the finished products, products will be packaged in their best condition. Seller will not take responsibility of defect that occur during shipping / delivery time (for items that shipped outside of Bali). Compensation for any defect and error caused by missed on quality control shall be controlled in written agreement. Please make sure to request return condition contract before purchasing made to order products. Any types of extortion and threat will be reported to Indonesian Law.

Law and jurisdiction

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by Indonesia law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our sites. By ordering our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and you will need to accept them, before completing your order, by clicking the box "I agree" and transfering payment to start your order, you are bound to this agreement. If you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Products from our sites. You may print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. 

The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. For shipping guarantee & insurance, please refer to clause 5. Consumer rights and our insurance cover policy.

 

Exchange Policy

The following does not apply to made to order or any sale items:

Exchange only available for in-stock products, not made to order products. Please send all exchanges back with a copy of the original invoice that notes what the items are

to be exchanged for. Once an error/defective was inspected, a replacement will be shipped to you immediately. Transport/Shipping charge for all exchanges are buyer responsibility. You may either send either a check with your exchange, or a note that gives us permission to charge your credit card on file in the amount of transport/shipping.

All exchanges must be made within 7 days of item received. Please check your merchandise as

soon as you receive it to ensure that everything has arrived as ordered and is functioning

properly. Failure to promptly check your package will not result in an extension

beyond 7 days. No exceptions.

All exchanges must be unused, in the same condition they were shipped out in, and must be

Packed properly as it was received. Any stains, scratches, or other marks may result in either refusal of

exchange or a restocking fee. No exceptions.

 

Return Policy

The following does not apply to made to order & final sale items:

Please send all returns back with a copy of the original invoice that notes that you would like to

return the enclosed items. Once inspected a credit will be issued to you immediately on the same

card the items were originally purchased on, and a copy of your receipt will be sent in the mail.

YOU MUST HAVE A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE FOR ALL RETURNS. No exceptions!

All returns must be made within 7 days of arrival/items received. Please check your merchandise as soon as you receive it to ensure that everything has arrived as ordered and is functioning properly. Failure

Sale Items

Items that are currently on sale (not to be mistaken for Clearance and Final Sale items) are all

returnable according to our normal return policy and within 3 days of receiving. Items that are

currently on sale may be exchanged, but will incur a shipping charge for any exchanges

made. Please check your merchandise as soon as you receive it to ensure that everything has

arrived as ordered and is functioning properly. Failure to promptly check your package will not result in an extension beyond 3 days. No exceptions. To exchange an item

currently on sale, please include a copy of the original invoice and note what you are exchanging

for in addition to a written letter of agreement to cover shipping. Shipping/Delivery Charge Invoice will be emailed. All items sent back must be unused and in the same condition they were shipped out in, otherwise a refusal of exchange may apply.
